This policy explains how VORMA Works handles information submitted through this paid-traffic website.
Information we collect
The quote form may collect your name, email, product type, project details, company or organization, WhatsApp or phone number, approximate size, delivery ZIP code, needed-by date, external file link, and up to three reference files. The security service also processes information needed to prevent automated abuse.
How we use it
We use form information and uploaded files only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and initial design, assess production feasibility, coordinate an active project, and keep required business records. Submitting a quote request does not add you to a marketing list.
R2 upload retention
Reference uploads stored in our private Cloudflare R2 bucket are retained for up to 30 days. They are available only through protected, expiring access used for quotation, initial design, and production-feasibility review.
Sales inbox and business records
Form fields and the notification copy delivered to our sales inbox are retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain an active customer relationship, or satisfy required business records. This inbox retention is separate from the 30-day R2 upload lifecycle.
Direct email
Direct emails sent to the Outlook fallback at linkbaytech@outlook.com are managed in that inbox and are not governed by the R2 lifecycle. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion through WhatsApp or the Outlook address above. Include your inquiry ID when available so we can locate the correct request.
